SHIPPING INFORMATION
We hope you are excited for your order – that’s why we have made shipping as easy and fast as possible. All of our orders are tracked – you will receive conformation of your tracking details once your order had been packed and is ready to be shipped. All shipping prices includes VAT. Please be aware that delivery times might be affected during the holidays or during sales.
IN STOCK ORDERS
In stock orders will be shipped the same or the next working day.
PRE-ORDERS
As our products are of high quality, we custom produce based on the demand of our clients. A pre-ordering system is therefore the most efficient and sustainable for all.
If for any reason you prefer to not pre-order and only order when available immediately, we have the option for you to turn on stock-related notifications. If you turn these on, you will be notified once the product is back in stock.
Vietnamese & Indian hair pre-orders will be shipped in 2 weeks.
The only exception to the rule is our Indian HD lace which takes 2 weeks to be produced and shipped, therefore it can take up to 3-4 weeks for the client to receive.
If you order one or more items in stock and one or more items via pre-order, everything will be delivered within the same shipment. If you prefer to receive the in-stock products sooner, please contact us directly via email. This may be subject to additional shipping charges.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER €500
Currently our online store is fulfilling orders to Europe, the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and the United States. If you are based in a different location, please contact us for assistance with placing your order directly with a member of our team through our contact form or info@theinchesclub.com. We will inform you on details and logistics in order to accommodate an alternative shipping destination request.
VAT & DUTIES
If an order is placed directly with us, to ship to a geographical location other than Europe the order can be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. We will not be liable for local duties and taxes for countries outside of Europe and you will be solely responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you have made a mistake on your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@theinchesclub.com and we can adjust the shipment address for you. This is only possible if we didn't send out your order yet.
EVENTS OUTSIDE CONTROL
We will not be responsible if our supply of the products is prevented or delayed by an event outside our control. Including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities. But we will contact you as soon as we are made aware of an issue to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. We will inform you of any such event within 7 days and will arrange a new delivery date with you once the relevant event is over.
